in the Sunshine State, when I am 1,200 miles away?
Recently, I have noticed that the more
business I get from out of state broker/lender contacts, the more
time I spend describing the actual costs of closing a transaction,
here in the Sunshine State of Florida. With all the recent added
attention paid to the Good Faith Estimate by the folks in our Federal
Government who are charged with protecting the consuming public,
also known as HUD, it is completely understandable that mortgage
brokers and lender loan officers are more interested in getting
